As a Showroom Supervisor,
you will oversee the daily operations of our showroom and ensure that it runs
smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing a team of showroom
employees, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain a high level
of customer service, productivity, and sales. Your strong leadership skills,
excellent communication, and attention to detail will be essential in creating

Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a team of showroom employees, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Ensure efficient showroom operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels to meet customer demand and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Coach and develop the showroom team, providing ongoing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Set sales targets and goals for the team, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement marketing and promotional initiatives to drive customer traffic and sales.
- Conduct regular showroom meetings to communicate goals, updates, and performance expectations to the team.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, customer satisfaction, and productivity, and take appropriate actions to address any gaps or areas of improvement.
- Maintain a safe and clean showroom environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new products to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers and the team.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a retail or similar environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and employees at all levels.
- Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address operational issues and customer concerns.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, point-of-sale (POS) software, and other retail-related technology.
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in retail management is a plus.
