Showroom Supervisor

You will be responsible for managing a team of shop employees, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain a high level of customer service, productivity, and sales. Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of showroom employees, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Ensure efficient showroom operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels to meet customer demand and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Coach and develop the showroom team, providing ongoing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Set sales targets and goals for the team, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement marketing and promotional initiatives to drive customer traffic and sales.
- Conduct regular showroom meetings to communicate goals, updates, and performance expectations to the team.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, customer satisfaction, and productivity, and take appropriate actions to address any gaps or areas of improvement.
- Maintain a safe and clean showroom environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new products to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers and the team.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting, accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a retail or similar environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and employees at all levels.
- Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service best practices.
