Delivery Policy


1. Order Processing & Delivery

  • All orders are processed within 2  business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once processed, our team will get in contact with you

2. Delivery Time & Methods

  • Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 2-4 days.
  • Express Delivery: Available upon request for an additional fee. Estimated delivery time is 2 days.
  • Same-Day Delivery: Not offered

3. Delivery Charges

  • Standard delivery fee: MVR for orders below MVR 5000
  • Express delivery fee: MVR 200
  • Free delivery: Available for orders above MVR 5000

4. Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver and provide assembling of furniture service to all addresses within Male & Hulhumale
  • Deliveries outside the standard service area may require additional charges or extended delivery times.
  • In addition, we deliver goods up to the jetty/boat; however, loading onto the boat is not included in our service.
  • Packages will be delivered to the ground floor only. Our staff will not enter any building under any circumstances.

5. Failed Deliveries & Re-Delivery Charges

  • If the customer provides an incorrect address or is unavailable at the time of delivery, re-delivery charges may apply.
  • Orders will be held for 10 days, after which they will be canceled with a deduction for shipping and handling fees.

6. Inspection Upon Delivery

  • Customers are advised to inspect the package upon delivery.
  • If the item is damaged or incorrect, report it immediately to sales@evo.mv ​

Returns & Refund Policy


1. Return & Refund Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, please note the following conditions:

  • Refunds will not apply to products on promotional offers.
  • Customers must request a refund within 24 hours of purchase by emailing sales@evo.mv with a valid receipt and and reason for the request.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
  • Certain items (e.g., clearance, customized, or final sale items) may not be eligible for returns.

2. Restocking & Cancellation Fees

  • If a customer cancels an order or decides to return an item due to a change of mind, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted.
  • Any credit card or transaction fees incurred will be deducted from the refund.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Email Us: Send a request to sales@evo.mv within 24 hours of purchase with your order details and purchase receipt
  2. Approval & Instructions: We will review your request and provide details
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for returning charges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds (after applicable deductions) will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

5. Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we offer free replacements. Contact us within 48 hours for an exchange.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products purchased under promotional offers
