When will my order arrive ?
The average duration for delivery is 03 - 05 working days from the date of purchase and the product is delivered to the given address during the checkout process. All the deliveries are handled by our in-house delivery team. Large parcels are delivered via mini truck. Therefore, all the customers are informed regarding delivery 30 minutes or 60 minutes prior. In rare cases, such as rainy weather, the delivery might be delayed and extended by another 02 or 03 days.
Kindly note that our delivery team is not responsible for disposal of any of the packaging material. Please check all items carefully and notify us of any discrepancy within 24 hours.
Where are you able to deliver?
Our delivery service is currently available in Male, Hulhumale phases 01 and 02, and to boats.
Do you deliver to islands?
Currently we do not deliver to islands. We can arrange the delivery to the boat yard for free of charge.
What are the delivery charges ?
- Male' – free of charge
- Boats – free of charge
- Hulhumale Phase 01 - free of charge
- Hulhumale Phase 02 - free of charge
- Villimale - MVR 200.00 will be applicable
Can I see the products before I buy?
Yes! Our main display store is in Majeedhee Magu Rd, Malé where you can come by and take a look at our products. When can I visit the EVO Home Store? What are the timings? Our store is open on weekdays (except public holidays) from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Do you customize furniture, like fabric, dimensions, etc.?
We do not customize furniture. All our products are curated and standardized. But there are some products that can be upgraded by different accessories.
Return and cancellation
What is your return & exchange policy?
Please Check all items carefully If you notice any discrepancies notify us within 24 hours. Charges will apply if products are destroyed or damaged. We do not offer refunds; however, exchanges are possible.
What if I receive a damaged product?
In case you receive a damaged or defective product, please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel immediately. In case you notice an issue later, please call us 334-1819 or write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org . Our team will assess the damage and get back to you within two business days. Depending on the degree of damage, we will either repair the product or offer you a replacement.
Can I cancel my order?
In case you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel the order (or part of the order) within 24 hours of the order confirmation.
When will I get the refund?
The refund amount for the orders paid online or paid via credit/debit card at the time of ordering will be refunded within 7-10 working days from the date of initiating the refund through the online account, or will be refunded to the same card
When will my purchased products be installed? The installation of the product(s) is completed within two working days after the delivery. Our teams try their best to always stick to the installation timelines and delays, if any, are only due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances. However, the installation service is offered in Male, Hulhumale and Villimale only.
Will I be notified regarding technician visit for installation?
You will be notified via call once the technician visit is confirmed.
