We are seeking a skilled and proactive HR & Admin Officer to join our team. The HR & Admin Officer will be responsible for managing various human resources and administrative functions within the company. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with professionalism and confidentiality.
Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.

Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Maintain employee records and update HR databases with accurate and up-to-date information.

Assist in administering employee benefits programs and facilitate benefits enrollment and changes.

Coordinate performance appraisal processes and support managers in performance management activities.

Manage employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews and offboarding documentation.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR-related matters.
- Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices to ensure compliance.
- Monitor employee attendance, including tardiness, absenteeism, and time-off requests.
- Manage and process employee time-off requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Generate regular attendance reports and provide analysis on attendance patterns and trends.
- Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, including office supplies management, mail handling, and facility maintenance.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees, as needed.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office services and supplies.
- Support the planning and coordination of company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with utmost discretion.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as an HR Officer, HR Assistant, or in a similar HR and administrative role.
- Solid understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in using HRIS systems and MS Office applications.
- Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify and address HR and administrative challenges.
- Familiarity with office management and administrative procedures.
- Knowledge of relevant software tools and applications used in HR and administration.
