Create a dedicated space for team meetings, client presentations and collaborative work with the XL Acoustic Meeting Pod. Its spacious enclosed design offers a practical setting within open offices and shared workspaces, helping reduce everyday distractions.
A durable powder-coated aluminium frame supports layered galvanised steel walls with PET acoustic felt. Fabric-covered interior panels help absorb sound inside the pod, while laminated tempered glass maintains a bright, visually open feel.
Supplied with a meeting table and six chairs, the pod provides a comfortable arrangement for group discussions and project reviews. Adjustable LED brightness and colour temperature let you personalise the lighting, while integrated ventilation supports airflow. Built-in AC outlets keep laptops and other devices powered and within reach
Selected options are available for interior fabrics, exterior cladding in powder-coated and vinyl finishes, and interior PET acoustic felt. Choose finishes that complement your workspace.

Is the pod completely soundproof?
The pod uses acoustic materials and laminated glazing to help reduce sound transmission. No verified decibel rating is provided in the supplied brochure, so complete sound isolation is not claimed.
What is included?
The S model includes an L-shaped table and a pneumatic adjustable stool, together with integrated lighting, ventilation and AC outlets. Confirm your final finish and electrical configuration in the quotation..
Can I choose the finish?
Selected options are available for interior fabrics, exterior cladding in powder-coated and vinyl finishes, and interior PET acoustic felt. Ask for available colours and samples when requesting your quotation.
