An important call comes in. Every meeting room is occupied. A colleague is presenting online while another needs a quiet place to concentrate. In an open office, these everyday moments often compete for the same space.
Office pods offer a practical way to give each activity its own place. From compact phone booths to enclosed meeting spaces, they introduce quieter areas within an existing office, helping people move between shared work and focused tasks throughout the day.
What Is an Office Pod?
An office pod is a freestanding, enclosed workspace designed for activities such as phone calls, individual work, video meetings and small group discussions. Acoustic construction helps reduce sound travelling between the pod and the surrounding office, while integrated lighting, ventilation and power support everyday use.
Glass panels maintain a visual connection with the workplace, giving users a sense of separation while keeping the interior bright and open.
Make Space
for Better Focus
Open offices make it easy to exchange ideas, but conversations and calls can interrupt work that requires sustained attention.
A compact pod gives employees somewhere to step away, review a document, prepare a presentation or join an online meeting. It also helps contain their conversation, reducing disruption for colleagues working nearby.
Sealed door details, laminated glass and layered acoustic walls contribute to this performance. This means reduced speech transmission rather than complete silence; the surrounding environment and installation still matter.
Find the Right Fit
Choosing a pod starts with how people will use it. A space for quick calls has different requirements from one intended for team meetings.

Speech Level Reduction of 30dB

Firmly sealed
Dual sealing strap on door frame and glass edge ensures a tight seal and minimizes sound leakage.
Low-frequency blocked
Dampening material is used between feet and floor to reduce the structure-borne low-frequency transmission..
Composition of wall
The side wall of our acoustic booth consists of multiple layers of acoustic material, specifically designed to effectively block and absorb sound.
Reinforced transparency
Laminated glass is used for better sound proofing while keeping the transparency.

Comfort, on your terms
Some tasks call for brighter light. Others suit a softer setting. An integrated control panel lets you adjust ventilation speed, light brightness and light colour temperature to suit the way you work.
Four controls bring ventilation speed, brightness, colour temperature and the master switch together. An infrared presence sensor activates lighting and ventilation when someone enters. When the pod is vacant, lights switch off and ventilation reduces to help conserve energy.

Make It Part of Your Interior
An office pod can blend into a calm interior or become a colourful feature within it. Selected options for exterior finishes, interior fabrics, acoustic felt and flooring allow the pod to complement the wider workspace. A neutral finish can create a discreet retreat, while a stronger colour can make shared meeting areas easy to identify. The result is a functional space that feels considered as part of the overall office design.

Create Room for the Way You Work
A well-planned office supports both interaction and concentration. Office pods help bring these needs together, giving people somewhere to take a call, think through a task or meet with colleagues.
From a single-person booth to a six-person meeting pod, the right configuration can turn available floor space into a useful part of the working day.
